Rani Mukherjee has been sneeking around with director Aditya Chopra. They met during the making of Hum Tum. Aditya has been married to Payal Khanna. They have been married for five years. The couple lead a private life and would rarely be seen out in the bollywood world. Aditya filed for divorce the other day. He is going to pay Payal a huge amount of alimony. His father seemes to be supporting his son while his mother is supporting Payal.

After the divorce is over he is planning on marrying Rani.

The couple has become famous for their physical proximity towards each other. Aditya even accompanies Rani on all her script reading sessions advising her on prospects with the new potential projects.

"Rani Mukherjee, who was close to both Aditya and Abhishek, felt a bit insecure after Abhishek started dating Ash. Now that Aditya has officially filed for divorce, Rani could finally see herself as the next queen of this versatile Chopra family. "

LA CASA

Rani Mukherji bought a sprawling bungalow in Juhu two years ago, close to Bachchans's Jalsa. Now, the renovation is almost done and the family will move in soon. "Rani is extremely fond of the sea, so she wanted a bungalow close to it. Juhu is a very convenient location. She will move in soon," says a close friend of the Mukherjis. According to the grapevine, Twinkle Khanna has been requested to do the interiors of her bungalow. "Rani is very particular about interior design.She loves space, and hates rooms that are filled stacked with antiques and showpieces. Twinkle has also done up Rani's room at her Yari Road apartment. And Rani likes her work," says the friend. Rani's brother Raja and his wife Jyoti will continue to occupy the Yari Road house, while Rani will shift to Juhu along with her parents.

She has taken extremly high security precautions. Trained gaurds stand outside her building at night and no one is allowed inside unless they have a full background check done. The other tenents of the buliding do not complain about the high security, infact they appreciate, they feel very safe and secure.

Ta Ra Rum Pum

TA RA RUM PUM

In Rani's upcoming movie Ta Ra Rum Pum, she "sheds her simple look for a glamourous one". This time around instead of traditonal sari, lengas she has more of a western look. It is a rare occasion to see her in western outfits. Her hair is done very differently, something new and different that the audience has not seen before. Prity Zinta was orginally supposed to play the role but the director thought that Rani was more suited for the part. This moive is a light hearted comedy for all audiences.
